Good service but incompetent support.

The app is fast, good. But all store names are displayed wrong. Because it displays them according to the GPS location. Hard to keep track of all transactions this way. Also, the support seems to not be reading my entire support tickets. I usually have to ask things twice because the first support reply does not answer my question. Ever. Also, the support is incompetent. I once had a problem with odd payment notifications that I didn't make. Asked the support about that. They said: "As long as it doesn't appear on the list of transactions, it's probably all okay because the seller canceled the transaction" - ALL OKAY? My card could have been skimmed and this is "Probably all okay" for you people? Since the transaction notifications were from another country... Bad experience. Incompetent support.
