Money wellness advisers are clearly highly trained. Sophie dealt with my intial application and followed through at every stage. I cannot thank you enough for working so hard to understand and provide a workable solution to my financial stress. I felt overwhelmed and tearful when I first spoke with yourselves, caring for a brother with stage 4 Cancer and facing a debt crisis myself. They helped me through my Debt Relief Order with kindness and professionalism. Everything was explained clearly and I felt supported the whole time.
