The original lady we worked with was excellent.

The original lady we worked with was excellent. She was very helpful and patient. My only complaint was the after care. We could no longer get hold of our agent to confirm things and kept being messaged and rang by other members for no reason. apart from that everything was handled well. My experience was amazing from start to finish and I can't thank your team enough, especially Mia and anyone else who helped me. I suffer badly with my mental health and I was taken back by how helpful and understanding they were. At the start I was understanding anxious and nervous but now I can finally breath. Thank you!!
