Excellent staff, helpful and compassionate

I suffer with poor mental health and my finance situation was really effecting me in a negative way. The staff were so understanding and gave me great advice and help. A true lifeline. For the 1st time in a long time I feel a weight lifted. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

Great Service For People in Financial Difficulty

Whilst it was often difficult to get through to the helpline, Money Wellness bridged this gap by giving me a call regularly to keep me updated, help me with next steps, etc. The advisors were incredibly helpful and provided no negative judgement. I was able to ask questions and everything was extremely clear to me throughout the process of applying for my DRO. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
