Support When I Needed It Most, With One Small Setback

I recently completed my DRO with Money Wellness and overall, I’m really grateful for the service. The process was well-organised, efficient, and made a very difficult situation more manageable. I especially appreciate how accessible and structured everything was. My advisor, Aaron, did a good job helping me through the application and ensuring it was submitted properly. However, I did feel that at times he came across as a bit impatient, especially when I asked for corrections or updates to the draft. As someone who recently gave birth, is managing ongoing health issues, is neurodivergent, and a survivor of domestic violence, the process was already emotionally overwhelming. A little more patience and understanding would have gone a long way. That said, I know this is a demanding job and I appreciate his help. I just wanted to share my honest experience so that others in similar situations might receive an even more compassionate approach.
