Very friendly and helpful staff understood my needs and what I wanted the outcome to be didn’t rush me thorough any of the process at all explained everything about the process to me in detail and also kepted me updated regularly with the progress of my dro. Very easy to complete information. I submitted everything via text at payplan. I could leave days in between my info and pick up where I left off. I was then transferred to money wellness, who double checked everything was correct, and made sure I understood everything surrounding the DRO. Once documents were signed via email the DRO was approved within a few days. Wish I’d have done this sooner, instead of waiting until I had no cash spare to use on credit cards Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped me through my Debt Relief Order application. The financial pressure I had been living under had taken a significant toll on my mental health, and your kindness, professionalism and understanding made such a difference. Now that my DRO has been approved, I finally feel as though a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I can’t thank you enough for the incredible support and service you provide.
