The starting block to getting my life back

I have been suffering with my mental health for a number of years due to different reasons, I even attempted suicide, yes getting a DRO is just one small piece of my mind, but the lady from money wellness called Emma was absolutely brilliant and deserves 5 stars on her own, the major issue I have with MW is trying to get through on the phone two days running I spent over an hour waiting and getting nowhere. I have buried my head with my debts for a long time. I finally took the first step and was met with compassion and kindness. There was no judgement and the advisor I spoke with was very helpful as I was also suffering a recent bereavement at the time. Quick and painless process. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
