I can’t thank the team at Money Wellness enough. After suffering a stroke, trying to deal with debt on top of my recovery was incredibly overwhelming. They took all the pressure off my shoulders and guided me through the entire Debt Relief Order (DRO) process step by step. They were so patient, kind, and completely non-judgmental throughout. Great customer service

I suffer with severe anxiety and have trouble interacting with people especially authorities but I found this whole process relatively easy and not intrusive or challenging at all. It was mostly done through email/messages. The actual phone call interview was easy and the person I spoke to could not have handled the call better. Helpful when my health deteriorated and I needed to apply for a DRO. I had to go through an IVA first but eventually had to give up work and ended up transferring to a DRO which is a huge relief. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2026
