Smooth and stress-free DRO process

They handled my DRO from start to finish and everything went smoothly. The process was clearly explained, communication was good, and there were no unexpected issues. It was a slow start for me and took a while for me to complete each stage, but my application was still available for me to complete. The reminders were very helpful for me. The advisor I completed my DRO application with was very helpful and nice to deal with. She explained everything and I was treated nicely, with respect and a friendly approach.
