Money Wellness made a really stressful situation feel much more manageable. The team were kind, understanding and never made me feel judged about my finances. What can I say?! This was truly an exceptional service. I ended up in a large amount of debt due to an unexpected serious health condition stopped me from working. My debts spiraled and eventually it caused me so much anxiety I just ignored everything. I found money wellness and they took away every ounce of anxiety I had surrounding my debts. Every single person I spoke to showed me so much empathy and I didn't have to worry about feeling judged. I couldn't believe how little I actually had to do. They did all of the hard work for me after a few phone calls. The first call was a fairly lengthy one as we went through all my finances and outstanding debts but they took all of that information and did everything for me. Each step was so easy. They're there on the other end of the phone or text or email if you need them or have questions. My DRO was approved this week. I wish I had made a note of the names of each advisor who I spoke to so I could thank them personally here. I am so grateful for all of their hard work behind the scenes to help me. This has taken the biggest weight off my shoulders and I can finally sleep at night after two years of extreme stress caused by my debts. They really do have the nicest, kindest people in their organisation. I still feel the need to pinch myself because it doesn't feel real how good they were and that now my debts have gone. I would go out of my way to recommend these guys to anyone. They have changed my life. Thank you all so much at money wellness. If you're struggling with debt, you must call these guys.
