Phenomenal.

Phenomenal. I was stunned by the ease of the process, how you’re methodically sent texts for each little stage, that it’s broken down into bite sized pieces which prevented me from becoming overwhelmed. The upload process was very easy, Kayleigh, the advisor I spoke to was compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I now have a DRO in place and the whole process from calling Pay Plan to being passed to Money Wellness and a decision made was three weeks from start to finish. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2025
