Simple, non judgemental service.

easy process overall, the contact number doesn't work if you call up though. also its quite hard to use the online system at times as its a bit buggy and let me book an interview on a Sunday afternoon when MW is not open so I was sat around waiting for a call which wasn't going to come.. the Lady who called me was very sweet, non judgmental and extremely helpful. I fell into financial difficulty due to depression caused by years of domestic violence I had debt collectors threatening me I had no means of paying the debts and no assets money wellness were very understanding and non judgemental they explained every option I had available to me and writhing a couple of weeks I had a plan and a great weight was lifted Reviewed on: 1st July 2026
