Absolutely brilliant Customer Service, no judgement, no awkward questions. I felt ashamed and embarrassed having to go through this process but honestly, everyone was so understanding and kind. When I got the acceptance email to confirm my DRO is now in place, I can't tell you the feeling of relief, I wish I'd done it much sooner instead of trying to struggle on which just made things worse in hindsight. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. I really do urge anyone who is struggling but feel embarrassed, please don't, they're a great team and will help you through every step, they understand that it can be overwhelming. I would also suggest that you get as much information as you can when it comes to outstanding balances, account numbers etc to help the process along. Thanks again ☺️ Reviewed on: 5th July 2024

I applied for a DRO I filled out the form, the next day received a call. Had a 30 minute call making sure all my debts were included and then I digitally signed and they sent it off, I received messages and emails during the process informing me of every step. 48 hours later I received an email to tell me it had been approved. The process was so simple and fast and now I can begin to breath and sleep easy. Thank you so much money wellness. Reviewed on: 5th July 2024
