Great help great staff great result.

The staff informed me of the entire process and made me feel valued. They helped with advice and provided steps moving forward with clarity and compassion. After battling to get any help from step change for months and months, I filled in for the forms for a debt relief order and out it through to money wise. They rang me within an hour and everything was sorted within TWO DAYS. Very friendly and helpful and non judgemental. Reviewed on: 18th June 2024
