Fantastic experience.

I was treat with respect, patience and everything was very well explained at every stage. If I didn’t understand something it was re-explained and I felt able to ask questions without any judgement. From start to finish, every person I spoke to was friendly, helpful, patient and kind, non judgemental attitudes and full of advice and support, everything was followed up with emails, texts and phone calls where needed. No stones were left unturned, we went through my income and expenditure and debts etc and the appropriate solution was found for me by Zara which was a DRO, the process for applying was really quick and easy thanks to Lee, the approved intermediary who went through everything with me in one phone call, I could call back and amend anything I needed to before MW sent off the application and I spoke to Frank several times who was also just fantastic. I was offered further support and provided information for things such as food banks and other organisations which was really helpful. I spent a long time worrying about what to do and how to cope with the debt I was in and the people from Money Wellness literally lifted that weight from my shoulders with a smile. I cannot tell you how much better it has made my life. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 6th September 2024

The most essential and rewarding decision I ever made

I cannot emphasise enough how much Money Wellness have helped me to deal with an absolute avalanche of debts and threatened legal actions by creditors. I was on the edge of despair and on the verge of being evicted from my home of 20 years when I contacted them and didn’t really expect or realise the amount of help that was available. They dealt with my application and details sympathetically and rapidly and advised my best course of action was to apply for a Debt Relief Order. They guided me through the process professionally and quickly and made everything understandable and easy. They then made the application on my behalf. The whole process was astonishingly handled in just over a week I cannot thank these people enough for the amount of support, advice, professionalism and humanity they have shown me. For the first time in such a long time I have had a full nights contented sleep and I finally have a way to manage my budget going forward Reviewed on: 6th September 2024
