I am so happy with my experience. I am a very anxious person and was nervous to speak on the phone but I was put at ease and supported the whole way through my DRO process. Thank you for all your help. Everyone I have spoken to has been consistent, supportive and taken their time to go through things in great detail. I’ve been reassured by the money wellness team when I’ve been anxious and they even done follow up phone calls for updates on my circumstances before submitting my DRO application, making sure everything was accurate and correct.
