Very professional and helpful

Everybody I spoke to made me feel at ease. There was some confusion with my debts, but the statements were confusing. Sarah and Lee who I spoke to in the end were very professional and non judgemental. This hasn’t been an easy process for me but they were kind and understanding which makes all the difference when you see no way out of the situation you’re in. Reviewed on: 21st April 2024

I was referred by CAP, however I feel CAP had completely miss lead me that it would be quicker and easier.I had to go through my debt again with money wellness and provide documents, which was hard for me, I had post unopened. However Lee who was dealing with my case was amazing, he helped me every step of the way he was patient understanding, and so helpful!! Reviewed on: 20th April 2024
