Positive start, anxiety from delayed submission

Money Wellness started off very positively with a good initial impression of efficiency from the call handler and a lot of personal attention form the consultant. There were email updates and extra information. The process for completing and checking the DRO application was thorough and clear. But after I had completed that and was told it would be submitted the last week of March where it would benefit from the 6 th April change to zero fee I heard nothing and found it very difficult to get in touch again. When I did get htrough on the phone i was told that the applications were all being held until April 6th. Then by the 12th of April I still had not heard and was feeling very anxious. The phone line was cutting off after the intial welcome message. my emails went unanswered. Finally i found the personal email for my submission and this was answered with 'your DRO was submitted yesterday'. This in effect meant that from a Breathing Space I has 2 weeks when creditors started to contact me and a bailiff came to my address. This was upsetting as the timing we had agreed from the outset would not have left such a gap. My house mate was very disturbed to have a bailiff letter arrive saying they would be back for furniture etc. It was embarrassing for me as I did not want anyone else involved in my financial difficulties.
