The only thing I have to offer in the way of improvement is when you make amendments to the application the old application is still active and you still get requests to sign it. Even after I signed the amended versions I was getting reminders to sign it )was the old version. I was also getting calls and push notifications asking me to book an appointment to speak with an advisor when I had one booked in which was a little frustrating but otherwise and excellent service and was a really quick and easy process. The starting block to getting my life back

I have been suffering with my mental health for a number of years due to different reasons, I even attempted suicide, yes getting a DRO is just one small piece of my mind, but the lady from money wellness called Emma was absolutely brilliant and deserves 5 stars on her own, the major issue I have with MW is trying to get through on the phone two days running I spent over an hour waiting and getting nowhere.
