It was a long phonecall but obviously this was needed for all the information that I needed to give and all the information that money wellness needed from me and also explained to me, which was extremely helpful and important. From there it was all very quick, easy and straightforward. The people who helped me were so friendly and none judgemental. They explained the whole process. Reviewed on: 16th March 2024

The staff dealing with me was lovely and kind. I was in a poor state with my mental health. They talked through everything with me repeated something if I didn’t understand .
