Excellent!

I was very pleased with the way my case was dealt with. From the first phone call on Monday to submitting my application on Wednesday, everyone was polite, quick, helpful, and non-judgmental. I do concur with several other reviews that they can be a little overzealous with the amount of texts, emails, etc. they send, though; maybe just send a few less! Reviewed on: 31st January 2024

Money Wellness are efficient.

Money Wellness provide an excellent customer experience, each person in the business I spoke to offered warm empathy, making me feel at ease whilst they explained the debt relief process. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend Money Wellness to others in need of debt relief, they managed to give timescales and were committed to supporting me throughout. Very good, very understanding in no way judgemental.

Mike was very good very understanding in no way judgemental. I would advise anybody who needs Money Wellness to be honest and mention any historic debts. I did this and by coincidence a historic debt turned up on my doorstep next morning which I had forgot about. Just in time for me to add it to my list. If that letter had arrived a couple of days later, it would not have been included and apparently I would be liable. If you have reached this stage you must be honest. As a credit search is carried out on you I am sure that these old debts would have shown thus my letter. Life is tough, especially for men in my view. Often when relationships end, it's the man that finds himself in no mans land. It's a fact of life. I ran away, stuck my head in the sand. I feel slightly liberated as I start this journey. Fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience, so nonjudgmental and caring. Every step was explained so well and I felt so cared for and heard. All of my questions were answered in great detail and I was never left feeling in the dark. My advisor was incredible, he allowed me to make the decisions myself, gave me all of the options and allowed me to do my own research too make sure I was completely comfortable with what I decided on.
