Helpful, proactive, polite and definitely a company I would recommend to family and friends. My only complaint would be that contacting them is a bit of an issue, very busy phone lines, however emails were replied to promptly, thank you for all your help. The call handlers were very professional, informativ...

The call handlers were very professional, informative and kind, they spent a lot of time explaining to me the rules and regulations around their profession, they also explained my position, my options and the way they make decisions, they carried out a budgeting assessment and approved my application moving forward. This has helped me incredibly with my mental health giving me peace of mind and a clear solution that without them I wouldn't have been able to manage. Thank you so much for your help.
