Poor Service and leave you hanging to dry

I need to be called urgently to amend my DRO.. Call me urgently on 07724326464 I've been asking to change and amend details since before I signed the document and I've been constantly lied to about when I can amend the list on my DRO.. Now companies I didn't want contacted from ages ago are getting contacted and this can impact me really negatively going forwards... I've asked for two callbacks today and nobody has called but I was being pressured and called all the time to do the DRO.. Why cannot I get through to anybody or get a call back when I need help????? Reply from Money Wellness Thank you for your feedback regarding your DRO application process. Once a DRO application has been submitted to the Insolvency Service, it becomes a formal legal process managed by the Approved Intermediary and the Official Receiver. Changes to the creditor list or application details after submission are subject to strict legal procedures and are not always possible depending on the stage of the process. I understand your frustration about the communication during this period. DRO applications have specific timeframes and requirements that must be met, which can sometimes feel like pressure but are necessary to ensure your application progresses correctly through the legal system. We know that since you have been able to contact the Approved Intermediary handling your case directly.
