Good customer service. Really easy to use app that's user friendly and easy to understand. Only slight thing is the interest rates aren't as competitive as they once were. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Simple, Transparent and Great for Saving

The app is simple, easy to use and very transparent, with no hidden charges. It makes saving money really convenient and is always handy to have at your fingertips. Very easy to use and can’t fault the product.

Very easy to use and can’t fault the product. It wasn’t complicated, nice and straight forward without any frustrating hurdles, as some app banking accounts can be. Transferring funds for this year’s ISA was smooth and effective and landed into the account on the first eligible day for this years tax year. Can’t fault the system. Helpful, fantastic and easy to use

I have used Moneybox for some time now and have found the app to be super user friendly. I have never had issue depositing and withdrawing money and I always feel as though I am getting good interest rates. It’s a great app, it actually helps to motivate me to save more and it’s really user friendly. They also make it really simple to transfer your money from your current account into Moneybox and also to transfer between different Moneybox accounts.
