I've been with them for more than 4 years throughout which many questions were answered, great advice was given and I really love the user experience when on the app. I had a call with one of their mortgage advisors and they shed light on the gazillion questions I had in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. Great app, so easy to use and track savings as well understanding ISA balances and limits. Love it. I started using Moneybox around a year ago having always used a traditional alternative and everything from signing in to adding funds and monitoring how much interest is earned is so much easier than the legacy players.
