Customer service has been quick and easy. Getting quotes for my first mortgage was very smooth and the person I spoke to was thoughtful and kind. Very easy to use and is visually accessible. They have useful guides that are beginner friendly and helpfully break down complicated products, especially as a first resource. I find them trustworthy.
