A simple and engaging user experience!

I've had my Moneybox Lifetime ISA for a few years and it's so simple to use - as is the whole app. Any time I've had a query, it's been super easy to speak to someone in the in-app chat who's just a normal person on your side. Finally I am able to save!

Moneybox has made it so much easier for me to save. The roundups mean I can save without even thinking. The payday boosts help me to make sure I am saving as soon as I have the funds available. Easy, friendly, motivating

I have been trying to save for a house, but wasn’t doing that well. I decided to open a money box LISA account to secure my funds. Since opening my account I have felt motivated to save from the prompts and seeing my money and bonus grow. The customer service I received was excellent very friendly and everything is so easy. I also add round ups to payments and it quickly adds up.
