The best place to save for a mortgage

I had a Help2Buy ISA previously and started doing research into how I could save more for a deposit (a £200 a month limit made saving quite slow). Then I found the Moneybox LISA. I love how I can see exactly what I have, I don't need to add on the 25% government bonus. Depositing money is easy, I can do an instant transfer from my bank. The interest rates are quite good too. Everything is easy to set up and when I've chatted to CS they've been more than helpful. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Great way to save

I love this app. I have been using this for almost a year and I cannot fault it. There are so many helpful guides and the content is very clear. It's very satisfying to be able to see your money grow and this in itself motivates me to save more. The Moneybox team are easy to contact and deal with any questions in a friendly and efficient manner. From a technical point of view I haven't experienced any issues. The app runs smoothly. Perfect way to save

Perfect way to save for a first home! Have been able to set up weekly deposits or put in a one off payment! I prefer to do a one off payment every month when I get paid! But weekly deposits are a great way to save also! And the added 25% for up to £4,000 is perfect for first time buyers to save up yearly! Would highly recommend! Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
