Moneybox offer a range of savings accounts.

The Moneybox Simple Saver account can be opened with £1 and you can make withdrawals with one day notice. Moneybox also offer a 32-day notice or 95-day notice account. You can deposit up to £85,000 in any of the Moneybox savings accounts and there’s no account fees or charges.

Good initial rate dropped rapidly.

I was attracted by a good (never great) interest rate on the 95 day notice account. Now, I understand this is a variable account, but they've just substantially lowered the rate. I'm now in a position where my money is locked away for 95 days. Had I kept the money in my original Building Society account, I'd be on the same interest, with access to my money. It seems it's rarely the customer that wins, when it comes to banking. Reviewed on: 12th April 2026

Moneybox is an excellent financial resource.

The app is very easy to use and the accounts are really good value for building up savings. All accounts are very to understand in terms of value, interest and terms and conditions of withdrawals. Great range of accounts

I wish I knew earlier!

Money box is a game changer!

I’ve only been using Moneybox for a month, but I’ve already recommended it to so many friends, some of them have even signed up! It’s honestly been such a game changer for me. The tips and guidance are really helpful, the interest rates are great, and everything just feels easy to understand and use.
