The Moneybox Simple Saver account can be opened with £1 and you can make withdrawals with one day notice. Moneybox also offer a 32-day notice or 95-day notice account. You can deposit up to £85,000 in any of the Moneybox savings accounts and there’s no account fees or charges.

The best app for young people

I was recommended Moneybox via TikTok when I was learning to become more money literate and as a 23 year old student who is trying to build wealth, Moneybox has been a viable tool. This app actually encourages me to save rather than spend which was a big problem for me, but seeing my money grow each day is so motivating. Easy to use and a great customer service team.

My account is very easy to use (I need it to me as not very techie!) Also when I recently made a mistake - adding £1000 instead of £10 - I was able to get through to them very quickly on the telephone and the man I spoke to understood what I'd done immediately and corrected it for me - such a relief!
