Superb product and app

Downloading the app and engaging with Moneybox S&S ISA is one of the best decisions I’ve made and I go out of my way to tell as many people as possible, it’s allowed me to save money without dipping into it where I’ve failed in the past and all in small amounts I barely miss. Probably the best ISA available.

Since I first opened my ISA thing have rapidly changed; the app is always evolving and they are always working to offer you more, in terms of service, utility and versatility, My Interest Rate is almost always better than anything else available on the market by a factor of al least two. You are very easily able to adjust, add, remove funds and the time frame are now extremely quick in which to do so. I cannot think of another ISA product with the flexibility and easy of access as Moneybox. I have a family member who just lost £15,000 of a £60k Stocks and Shares ISA because the VERY big name provider took no action to look after her money and just sent her a notice 6 months later telling her it had decreased in value; along with a breakdown of her £800 p.a. management fees, for the administration of her funds.. I find it extremely difficult to believe that this would have occurred if she had the easy and transparency of her account as with MoneyBox. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Easy, Transparent, and FUN!

I joined Moneybox in around 2017 and it changed my life. They have converted me from a chronically "in debt" person to an avid saver. Additionally, I really enjoy the thrill of the app and the way my progress bursts out of the screen to encourage and motivate me. I love my round ups. I love the rewards. The customer service is top. I love the way I suddenly realise I have saved lots of money without really noticing the funds leaving my bank account - the "little and often" system works really well for me as someone who had never saved before.
