You can transfer your old pensions to Moneyfarm as long as they meet the requirements. There are management fees to pay, but Moneyfarm don’t charge you to transfer a pension to them.

Couldn’t transfer a pension, failed 2 years in a row, silent on chat, emails take days to get back to you, phone calls feel like they are fragmented across teams. the very fact I have went out my way to write this shows just how poor an experience I have had is. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Have found Moneyfarm experience on the whole very good. The app is slick and works well, the transfer process i used was top and have seen some decent returns. Ended up switching more accounts to them which I think says it all! Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Outstanding experience, the best customer service team I’ve ever dealt with. Clear communication, fully supportive team, answering all queries and was the smoothest transfer of my pension to their service. And my pension has performed better in the last 6 months than the last 20 years! So much so I’ve started to transfer to their other services. Can’t recommend their service enough.
