Moneyfarm does a good job

Moneyfarm managed the transition from a previous supplier which previously managed my fund but closed down. Since this move, Moneyfarm have been proactive in keeping me informed of market conditions, my portfolio performance and continuing to validate my strategy. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024

It is generally a good experience: nice app and website, decent returns and various options to tailor the portfolio to needs and preferences (ESG, themes, various risks levels…). The cost is a bit high and they price structure is not smooth (if one invests close to a threshold the total cost goes down if one invests more so to go past the threshold). I’ve been using Moneyfarm for my stocks and shares isa for a few years. Adding funds is simple. I love the experience in the app which allows you to see the performance of your funds both numerically and visually. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024

Easy to set up and genuine customer service

Easy walthrough to invest and also got a call from advisor introducing themselves - so not just a robotic or AI Generated account. Made me feel valued and I could question advisor to make sure I understood items - he also called me back 3 months later to make sure all was going ok and asked if I had any questions.
