I was transferred from another provider when they pulled out of the UK market and the process of calling up, getting access to my account, discussing the investment profile was so straightforward. I didn’t choose to invest with Moneyfarm so they needed to win my trust, but I’ve chosen to keep investing with them because of that fantastic experience and how easy their platform is. Good easy to understand website and user dashboard.

Good easy to understand website and user dashboard. Someone available to talk to when you need them either via phone or email. Reasonably good investment performance. Great for the beginner investor, knowledgeable staff, regular market updates, not the cheapest platform, but cheaper than using a financial adviser. With some advice and hand holding along the way.
