I transferred funds last minute at the end of the financial year and Moneyfarm customer service were supportive and helpful by making sure it will be invested in the ending financial year Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

FIVE STAR HAPPY CUSTOMER

I started with Moneyfarm several years ago. I just put away a small amount every month and the team help that money grow year to year. They communicate really well and nothing is ever an issue. I feel very comfortable and safe leaving my money in their hands to make it do its thing. Much better than it being sat in the bank, that's for sure. Thank you team Moneyfarm. Have been with Moneyfarm since 2017 and over the time with regular monthly investment i have seen a good return. The bots seem to manage the account well, and MF are always getting in touch with updates amendment to the account and offers to chat to a account manager. Always on hand to answer questions either by telephone or email. Quick response time. Willing to guide you through products in order to make an informed decision regarding investments.
