Human touch from an online company

I expected a good online experience from a new online robo investment service. However the added bonus was real humans who called me and discussed products, risk levels and ensured I understood everything. Felt like customer service rather than anything being sold. Made me confident to put my ISA allowance in again this year. Also great returns too, with reasonably low fees. Reviewed on: 20th February 2025

A company you can trust with your investnvestment.

I moved my account to Moneyfarm was because the company I was with originally did little in the way of keeping me updated with information on my account, and didn't appear to have my best interests as an investor. Since moving to Moneyfarm I have been kept very well informed and looked after. I'm not a big investor, but nevertheless, they always keep me updated on how my investment is doing and if it is not doing as well as it should, they always seem to be looking at other ways to ensure I can get the best return possible. Along with listening to how much risk I am comfortable with my investment, with the option for your money to be invested ethically, I feel that they have the my interests at heart.
