The best thing about Moneyfarm is the consultants. Having a named person to contact with questions about investing is an incredible feature. Mine is clearly passionate about their work, and so knowledgeable about the market: every email or phone call is an education! Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

Top Notch

My experience has been excellent, I have contacted the company a few times in relation to deposits not reaching my account, they have always been swift to act and ensured my money was deposited. I understand there can be a delay in funds hitting my account and then being allocated, they are swift to assure me if they have received. when it comes to investing there is always a risk, but I like their personality matched portfolio's which of course you can change if this is not suitable. Money farm are open and transparent about the fee's you will pay on your investments and overall they're a pleasure to deal with. I hope in the next 10 years and beyond I see plenty of growth in my ISA. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

Modern and innovative investment platform.....

Very easy and functional user interface with lots of detail that really gets the customer involved in the investment process. The fees are very reasonable and the returns are very competitive and any time I've contacted Moneyfarm I have got through and spoken to a representative straight away.
