Sufficient service

Very easy to deposit money/keep an eye on interest that you've earned. Biggest drawback would be how much the rate has plummeted on my cash ISA, I understand what variable rates are but it's dropped far too many times since I opened. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Disappointing in Recent Months

Moneyfarm offered a great rate with its cash isa and so I invested quite a large sum. Of course every time the Bank of England lowered the interest rate, my isa rate followed suite. That is fair and to be expected. However, since then I have noted the rate steadily falling by tiny increments ….. BUT totally unannounced and not connected to any changes by the B of E. I have contacted Moneyfarm for an explanation but have had no response. Disappointing. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Overall very good.

Overall very good. The only criticism would be some issues with managing the direct debit contributions and setting those up. But they are proactive with sorting things out if there is a problem. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026
