Good communication, easy to book an adviser with time slot online, account on dashboard is user friendly, quite knowledgeable on market updates, explanation on funds (sometime depends on who you get), etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Thumbs up for Moneyfarm

I went into investing knowing very little. Moneyfarm were very helpful and things were explained very clearly. My investments are managed and quite often tweaked to suit my expectations. My portfolio has grown over the last few years, and I am very happy. Even when things have been a little rocky in recent times, I was made to feel confident that things would improve, which they did. Good Performance & User friendly
