Simple to use with quick and knowledgeable advisors

Well done, Moneyfarm! Hooked initially by three things: 1. a hands-off style of portfolio management 2. a great introductory bonus 3. low to zero fees Staying because there have been no problems with or changes to the above, and because the Moneyfarm team carry out requests quickly with minimal fuss and answer queries knowledgeably with a friendly manner. My only gripe is that they don't offer a higher "risk profile" which would allow me to be 100% global developed market equities. But I suppose they aren't allowed to do that, to "protect" me! Great Investments and Service

I have been utilising MoneyFarm for the past year investing my money into their Stock and Share ISA. I have found their investments, customer service and fee structure to be the best on the market. Feeling Valued

After much shopping around and reading reviews I settled on Moneyfarm to manage my investments. Since then I've had a good experience, and even though my account is a small one I still feel valued as a customer. The website is clean and easy to use, and I get regular update emails, especially in the face of the current uncertainty. I would recommend Moneyfarm for the great customer experience. The online platform enables customer to easily access information and make changes to their portfolios. Easy to use and good returns in turbulent market

I’ve used moneyfarm for over a year as a way to spread some savings. It’s so easy to use and transparent which I really like. Times are tough so you can lose as well as gain but if you can ride out the uncertainty you can get a bank beating return.
