Good experience so far

I joined Moneyfarm a month or so back and have transferred across my ISA, and my pension transfer is in progress. Moneyfarm have been communicating well during this time and were helpful when I contacted them. I was also contacted by an advisor to see if I wanted to discuss my investments further, which was a nice touch. Can’t comment on performance yet as too soon but certainly happy with the service. Fantastic customer service

Straight forward and comprehensible

Money farm have really worked at making investments easy and quick. I have had a great experience and feel very comfortable investing with them. Adjustment of risk is straightforward and disinvestment when required has been prompt. I particularly like the fact that I am able to understand the summaries they provide - I am very well educated but many financial institutions go out of their way to create incomprehensible documents that try as I might, I can't make any sense of. I suspect that those institutions are hiding poor performance. Not so with money farm. What I have invested and how it has changed in value is simply displayed. If I choose to drill down for further detail I do so immediately and on my phone. The app has everything and everything works Reviewed on: 4th January 2022
