Review of the Moneyhub, App:

Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. I've been using it for over a year now, and it has been one of the best money management apps I have used. Although not as flashy as the other apps, it just works and also very cost effective to boot with a generous 6month trial period and an annual subscription cost that lower than some other apps monthly asking price. Moneyhub is well worth the price, The software is easy to use, The ease of information presented to you in the dashboard regardinf your finances is sublime. The abiility to set budgets within the app is easy. and to setup projects for financial goals is second-to-none . Without Moneyhub, i think I would be lost. Reviewed on: 31st May 2025

Fantastic budgeting tool

We love Moneyhub

Moneyhub is really helpful in helping as track our finances as a family. We love the way that each transaction appears in the transaction inbox for us to categorise. This helps us ensure that each transaction is correct and also help us check transactions between accounts too. I tried all sorts of different apps to keep track of finances and this has been by far the best for us. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

Holistic and Thorough Money Management Application

A really well rounded app with a desktop website dashboard. The desktop dashboard make it much easier to manage finances, as apps are usually on small screens where it's hard to see the bigger picture. Loads of financial institutions are supported and a wonderful auto-categorisation of transactions makes budgeting easy. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 18th February 2025
