Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. More instructions and support would have helped

I could have benefitted from more instruction when setting up my Moneyhub account. Things like project - it wasn’t clear at all and there was scant information even though I contacted them about how this should work. I’d love to start over but not sure how to. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025

Great app for budgeting

Quite positive experience so far, great functionality specially the smart categorisation and large number of connections. Simple interface, intuitive to use. Great value for money, the premium trial gives more than enough time to ensure the app is worthy. It has a desktop version and it allows to download the raw data for in-depth analysis. I really get a lot from using Moneyhub.

I really get a lot from using Moneyhub. I use it on a daily basis as it is linked to my bank account but gives me more information than my bank account as I can track my spending more easily. I would be lost without it now, well worth the annual subscription. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025

Inuitive and good for couples with joint finances

The app makes it easy to keep track of where we’re up to in our monthly budgets. It’s fairly intuitive to use and easy to find the functions I want. My husband and I can both use the app in one account, something we were looking for in a budgeting app since we manage our finances jointly. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025
