Review of the Moneyhub, App:

Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. Easy to use platform with helpful insights.

Easy to use platform with helpful insights. The app supports a good range of banks and products, including mortgages. I like that I can see insights from my less ‘smart’ accounts in a similar way to what I see on Monzo for example through moneyhub. Reviewed on: 25th January 2025

Value For Money, Great Tool and Easy to use

Pre-Moneyhub we used our banking, but due to having 3 accounts 1 joint and 2 personal it was not easy to maintain a constant checks and updates we can now all see our finances, see where we spend money and learned where our 'Where did that money go' question and managed to start plugging the gaps.
