Review of the Moneyhub, App:

Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. Hands on the Steering Wheel

I have been using Moneyhub for a few months now. I started with the free trial and liked it enough to pay for the subscription. I feel like I have my hands on the steering wheel of my financial life for the first time. I find it easy to use and takes very little time or effort to keep up to date. It’s brilliant. Having everything in one place is great but Moneyhub does it in a way that actually allows you to digest it better. It’s easy to use the app and follow where your money goes and it does that game to approve or answer questions about your money. Reviewed on: 20th January 2025

I feel in control of my finances

Moneyhub has allowed me to, in a safe way, get a proper overview of all my accounts as well as setting up a working budget based off my spending, and is encouraging me to review my spending and categorise my transactions on a daily basis (which it also helps me with by suggesting rather accurate categories to each transaction), which really helps me stay on track to make sure I stick to my goals. there are a lot of features I've yet to explore but so far I feel a great relief to just feel in control of my finances and like a responsible adult with my money. they really don't teach you enough in school about such an important part of your life.
