Review of the Moneyhub, App:

Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. Moneyhub has been an invaluable tool for my family.

Better and more affordable than the competition

Way cheaper than alternatives such as snoop, while also providing more features and better connections. Perfect for tracking my money as I have it split amongst quite a few current and savings accounts, as well as multicurrency accounts. Also pairs with brokers such as trading 212 but sometimes this isn't very reliable, usually due to the third party rather than moneyhub. Very good and affordable app to monitor your money/expenses. I wish it was possible to add manually some expenses, like for example the ones I do by cash so that I can also track these kind of transactions. Reviewed on: 19th January 2025

Moneyhub is a gamechanger and intuitive

Moneyhub has been game changing for being able to control our finances. I can now see joint credit card transactions what would only be viewable by my husband on his account despite it being a joint credit card linked to our bank accounts. Moneyhub mostly guesses our transaction categories correctly but it’s easier to correct or set up new bespoke types. We can also create projects so we can tag transactions to see how much we have saved up for something and spent- we used this to save and purchase new sofas. Moneyhub alerted us when our electricity provider hiked our payment without us knowing so we were able to challenge it. Well worth the small amount we pay to realise how much we are spending on different categories. Five stars all round! Reviewed on: 19th January 2025

The app is really user friendly.

The app is really user friendly. It’s shows you all the information you need to manage your finances on an ongoing basis. It is brilliant at helping you monitor your expenditure and showing you where you can cut costs. Absolutely fantastic service!

Absolutely fantastic service! I decided to use this when I was struggling to budget and wanting a simple place to keep track of all my accounts. I was hesitant at first but what a difference it makes! I am able to budget my monthly salary by creating different categories, and also see my entire net worth for all my accounts!
