Review of the Moneyhub, App:

Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. Moneyhub is really useful

Moneyhub is helping me keeping tabs on my finances in a very easy and straightforward way. They are extremely responsive when a connection fails and the app is reasonnably priced for the benefits I get from it. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Excellent App.

I really enjoy using the app as it is very intuitive and well laid out. It helps me to quickly get a great overview of my financial situation. Customer service is also excellent - quickly resolving a sync issue with one of my banks. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025
