Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. Low fee, and makes moving money a breeze

Moneyhub is my one stop shop for keeping track of my money. It uses Open Banking to connect all of my accounts, and it lets me move money between my accounts really easily in a way that actually works. It has a really low fee compared to its rivals and does exactly what I need it to. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Have been in my overdraft for ages I look at this daily it’s easy to use and it also means that I don’t need to pay just to see my budget. I can categorise and compare this to last months spending.
