Review of the Moneyhub, App:

Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. Easy to use and clear

Most banks are able to be added to your account, easy to see incoming and outgoing, which keeps you suitably terrified into making changes to your spending habits. Reviewed on: 11th February 2025

Best of the bunch.

Best of the bunch. Obviously there are things that could be improved, but on the whole supports forward planning, assets and investments. Could be more flexible with Categories which I find a bit limiting, and the ability to create your own reports and graphs would be welcome. Reviewed on: 11th February 2025
