The best online bank!

Monzo has been my goto bank since it started when i was 17, and it has not failed me once, checking my scheduled payments have never been easier, recieving my money a day early is always a bonus and tracking my spending all online instantly is just amazing! Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

Been with Monzo since it started

I have been with Monzo since it started and I have always found it incredibly reliable and easy to use. I love the flexibility of using it overseas and now the savings account and pot options. As it's grown, maybe in the last few years customer service has probably dropped a little (some things taking longer or agents not as enthusiastic or forward leaning in solving an issue) but it is still good and I've never been frustrated with the process. I’ve had an amazing experience with this bank! Their investment feature makes it incredibly easy to grow my savings effortlessly. I also love the roundup feature—it automatically rounds up my purchases and invests the extra change, which adds up quickly over time.
