Easy, efficient without the fuss of remembering passwords you set years ago. Claiming is easy if you need to. Changing your name and status is easy without the fuss of going into a bank and spending hours waiting. They are great value for money and are in the here and now for modern banking. Digital banking with real people

One of the first to be able to freeze a card if it was lost and very quick to respond if there is a problem, suspicious activity or a concern, even with with transactions when you are on holiday. Also when someone was very persistent in trying to scam me, Monzo was super helpful. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025
