Monzo was an amazing bank since day one of joining it. I have been using Monzo since I moved to the UK - in 2020 - and never had to look elsewhere for a better one. As a solely online bank, the user experience is incredible, the visuals to track and categorise spending demonstrates to me that Monzo as a financial institution has informed decision making and empowerment in mind for its customers which is what great service (anywhere) is all about. Being a perks member, £7 a month comes with increased saving interest rates, rewards like cash back and credit insights and I have never been better in control both in in ownership but importantly understanding of my money. Solid banking features

Having used Monzo as my Primary bank since 2019, I can not fault the efficiency, ease of use and simplicity of their products. The savings pots have allowed me to save and budget for upcoming expenses and their Flex account has been instrumental in keeping my credit score in line when needing a little extra .
